Ashley Nocera has not spoken about her family members However, she credits her father for instilling her enthusiasm for working out. He was a bodybuilder when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley began to exercise physically at an early age. She started taking swimming lessons at age four old, and continued for another 10 years. Ashley entered many competitions However, she wasn't committed because her body was not ready to follow an intense diet. Her popularity was prominent during the time of her high school, mostly due to her appealing appearance and curvaceous body However, it's unclear whether she dated anybody at this point in her life. Ashley was unable to attend school after graduation and instead pursued being a fitness model. Ashley was just 15 years old when she became unhappy with her body. Her father encouraged her to join the gym. She followed his suggestion to work out slow. Now that she's stopped competing, Ashley has decided to turn into a fitness model.
